2026 is the toughest enforcement year small carriers have ever seen

Every carrier was re-scored

The new CSA methodology went live in December 2025. Scores moved — and insurers noticed immediately.

You must self-serve now

FMCSA's new Motus registration system requires the carrier itself — not a paid third party — to manage its filings.

Enforcement is at records

Roadside checks, English-proficiency out-of-service orders, and Clearinghouse queries are all at all-time highs.

How it works

  1. STEP 1

    Run the free check

Your DOT number → instant report from public FMCSA data. See what brokers, insurers, and auditors see.

  2. STEP 2

    Get your fix list

Every issue explained in plain English, ordered by what hurts you most — with the exact next step.

  3. STEP 3

Let the copilot keep you ready

The paid app tracks every deadline, document, and driver file so nothing expires unnoticed again.

The AI compliance copilot

Opening soon — join the waitlist

A safety manager costs $50–250 per driver per month. Haulient does the tracking, the paperwork, and the drafting for a flat monthly price — you stay in control.

Compliance calendar that never forgets

UCR, MCS-150, Form 2290, IFTA quarters, medical cards, CDL expiries, annual inspections, MVR reviews, Clearinghouse queries — tracked per truck and per driver, with reminders before deadlines, not after fines.

AI document vault

Photograph a medical card or insurance certificate — expiry dates and details are extracted automatically and filed against the right driver and truck.

Driver qualification file gaps

The #1 new-entrant audit failure. Haulient shows exactly which document is missing from which driver's file before an auditor does.

CSA score watch — new 2026 methodology

FMCSA re-scored every carrier under the new system in December 2025. We track your BASICs monthly, simulate where you're heading, and flag what insurers will see.

DataQs challenge drafts

Wrong violation on your record? The copilot drafts the DataQs challenge letter with the regulatory citations filled in.

Audit-readiness score

A single number for how a new-entrant or compliance review would go today — with the prioritized list of what to fix first.

Larger fleets & brokerages

Over 25 trucks, or running a brokerage?

Then you already have a safety department, and the copilot above isn't what you need from us. Three things we work on at that scale:

Detention recovery

ATRI puts detention at 39.3% of all stops, and the industry collects roughly 40 cents on every dollar it's owed. We build the evidence chain from your ELD data so claims get filed inside the billing window with proof attached.

Compliance for your carrier network

Haulient offered to the small carriers you haul with, co-branded or under your own name. A carrier that keeps its authority clean is one fewer way a load falls apart.

CSA monitoring & DataQs

Score movement tracked under the 2026 methodology, with challenge letters drafted for your safety director to review and sign instead of writing from scratch.

Straight answers

Where does the data come from?

The free health check uses only public FMCSA sources (SAFER company snapshot, safety measurement data, licensing and insurance records). Your paid copilot data — documents, driver files — is yours and is never sold or shared.

Is this legal advice?

No. Haulient is software and information. For legal questions about your specific situation, talk to a transportation attorney — we'll even tell you when we think you should.

Are you one of those companies that mails scary "final notice" letters?

No — and we teach you to spot them. Government filings like the MCS-150 biennial update are free to file yourself. Haulient never cold-calls, never sends fake fine notices, and shows you which letters to throw away.

Говорите по-русски? O'zbek tilida-chi?

Да / Ha. Russian and Uzbek onboarding and support are on the roadmap — join the waitlist and tell us your language.
